Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), supervised by M. Michelle Hawn, MA, LPC-S, and Concetta Troskie, LPC-S, BC-DMT, RDT.

My primary focus is on you — your well-being, relationships, and journey toward a more fulfilling life. Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or you’re very familiar with the process, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Our Work Together

Central to my philosophy is the idea that genuine change arises from a deep understanding of the self, and this includes acknowledging both the conscious and unconscious aspects of our being.

Moreover, I am an advocate of deconditioning – unraveling from the projected expectations that no longer serve you or feel aligned. By challenging unhelpful narratives, patterns, and projections, clients can reevaluate their values and aspirations, aligning them more closely with their truth and an authentic expression of themselves.

Lastly, I view change as a collaborative endeavor. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership where both therapist and client work together towards growth. My role is to provide guidance, support, insight, and, of course, hold the space for clients to do meaningful work.

Background

“Do not compare, do not measure. No other way is like yours.
You must fulfill the way that is in you.” -Carl Jung

My professional background has always focused on promoting healthy and vibrant living. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent years in the world of fitness magazines and apps, planning and producing content as an editor. This role assisted in my segue into the industry of functional food and beverage brands, where I managed marketing departments and launched nationwide campaigns for products. Eventually, I was called to nurture my lifelong interest in spirituality and the realm of "woo-woo," so I took the leap to establish Far Out Astrology in 2019. This venture allowed me to delve into celestial wisdom, resonating with clients seeking answers at life's crossroads — much like individuals do when seeking therapy. While it was fulfilling for me to provide guidance using this tool, it became clear to me that my capacity to assist could reach new heights as a licensed therapist, providing a broader and more insightful support system.
